The crane machine main beam deformation will bring large Influence on safety technical performance:

1. Impact on the operation of the cart: causing damage to the running of the cart, and damage the transmission system, the cart will vibrate because of the damage of the transmission system.

2. Impact on the operation of the trolley: The deformation of the main beam will cause the trolley rail to lose the installation accuracy, resulting in the trolley running unstable, increase run resistance, trolley slipping, derailment, motor burning and so on.

3. Influence on the metal structure: The deformation of the main beam will cause the tensile stress of the lower cover of the box-shaped main beam and the lower edge of the web to reach the yield point, if serious, main beam will crack. Continued use will increase the deformation and crack, and the main beam may not be repaired and have to scrap.
