1. The lifting limiter shall ensure that the hook is raised to the limit position (electric hoist >0.3 m, double beam crane >0.5 m), and the power can be automatically cut off. The crane machines should also have lower limit stops.
2. The running mechanism should be equipped with a travel limiter and a mutual inductance limiter to ensure that the crane machines travel at a distance of 0.5 m (depending on the tonnage) from track end or other barriers, it can automatically cut off the power.
3. The door lock interlocking device shall be installed on the door of the crane machines outside the cab, the port leading to the mian beam and the end beam door on both sides of the crane machine;
4. Lifting crane machines for open-air operation, all kinds of limit switches and interlocking electrical parts should have measures to prevent rain and snow.
