The difference between wire rope electric hoist and electic winch is as follows:
1. The appearance
The wire rope electric hoist is small in size and used to lift and move alone the working rail. The electric winch is larger in volume and needs to be fixed for working.
2. The application
The wire rope electric hoist can only be used for lifting work, and the electric winch can be used not only for vertical lifting but also for horizontal traction.
3. The lifting height
The wire rope electric hoist usually has a lifting height of 6 meters to 30 meters, and it is inconvenient to install the wire rope; the lifting height of electric winch depends on the capacity of the drum, is generally about 100 meters.
4. The operation mode
The wire rope electric hoist can move left and right, and the electric winch can only be used fixedly.
5. The lifting speed
The commonly used wire rope electric hoist lifting speed is 8M/min, and the electric winch can generally be 10M/min at least.
