Electric hoist monthly check

Electric hoist inspection items include:

a.Check whether there are abnormalities in safety devices, brakes, clutches, etc., reliability and accuracy;

b. The status of important components (such as spreaders, wire rope pulley units, brakes, slings and auxiliary equipment, etc.), whether there is damage, whether they should be scrapped, etc .;

c. Leakage and working performance of electrical and hydraulic systems and their components;

d. Power system and controller check. If the electric hoist is not used for more than one month, the above inspection should be done before use.
