The free standing jib crane can be used for lifting, moving, loading and unloading for heavy objects, it is suitable for machinery manufacture, light duty production line, civil engineering construction and construction of bridges, power, ships, automobile manufacturing, construction, highways, bridges, metallurgy, mines, slope tunnels, infrastructure construction projects, etc.
For a new free standing jib crane, should carry out the empty load test run several times. But, before the installation is completed, it is forbidden to turn on the power.
Before the normal use, the free standing jib crane should be carried out the static load test at a 125% rated load, lifting the load from the ground by about 100 mm for 10 minutes to check whether it is normal.
The free standing jib crane also need pass the dynamic load test. Lifting the weight of rated load, repeat lifting and lowering, left and right movement. After the test, check the mechanical transmission part, and the electrical part and the connecting part are normal and reliable.
The free standing jib crane is absolutely forbidden to be used in the environment of flammable, explosive and corrosive substances. It is forbidden to exceed the rated load and operate frequently. The number of rated frequently per hour does not exceed 120.
