The new gantry crane generally has a running-in period of about 60 hours, which is stipulated according to the technical characteristics of the initial use of the crane. When the new gantry crane is not used according to the instructions during the running-in period, it will cause frequent machine failures, affecting normal use and shortening the service life of the crane. Therefore, the use and maintenance of the gantry crane's running-in period should be given full attention.
1. Poor lubrication
Since the matching clearance of the newly assembled components is small, it is difficult to ensure the uniformity of the matching gap, and the lubricating oil is not easy to form a uniform oil film on the friction surface, which is likely to cause abnormal wear of the early parts of the gantry crane machine.
2. Loosening occurs
In the initial stage of use, the parts that are newly assembled are likely to be loosened by the impact of vibration, vibration, heat and deformation.
3. Leakage occurs
Leakage occurs due to looseness, vibration and heat of the gantry crane, sealing surface of the gantry crane and pipe joints; some defects such as casting and machining are difficult to find during assembly and debugging, but due to vibration and shock during operation this defect is exposed as a leak (poe) oil (water).
