Materials for components of electric chain hoist

The material standards for the components of the electric chain hoist are as follows:

1. When using the cast aluminum alloy to manufacture the reducer body and the hook housing, the material properties should not be lower than the ZL104 alloy state T1 in GB1173.

2. The material of the electric chain hoist hook should not be lower than the requirements of the P-level strength level in GB10051.1.

3. The material of the gear of the hoisting and running mechanism reducer is at least not lower than the 45 steel in GB699; the material of the open meshing gear, its performance should not be lower than 45 steel in GB699. The gears should be heat treated and reinforced.

4. When manufacturing the body, hook housing, trolley wall panel and other important force parts with steel plates and profiles, when the specified working environment temperature is -25~+21 degrees, its performance should not be lower than Q235 in GB700- D.TZ, and the low temperature impact energy should be no less than 27J.

5. The material of forged wheel, upper lifting ring and hanging shaft should not be lower than the performance of 45 steel in GB699.

6. The material of the lifting sprocket, its performance should not be lower than 20CrMnTi in GB3077, and after heat treatment, the hardness is not less than 52HRC.

7. The material of the chain wheel performance should not be lower than 45 steel in GB699, and after heat treatment, the hardness is not less than 50HRC.

8. The material of the chain end pin performance should not be lower than 30CrMnSiA in GB3077.

9. The material of the chain guide plate, chain plate, its performance should not be lower than 60Si2MnA in GB1222, and after heat treatment, the hardness is not less than 50HRC.

10. Cast iron material, its performance should not be lower than HT200 in GB9439.
