After the column mounted jib crane is installed, the test should be carried out.
Before the test, add 30# mechanical oil to the middle of the oil mark in the rotary reducer (oil change once every half year). When commissioning, first press each button to check whether the running direction and the control button match. If they do not match, should adjust or replace.
No-load test: The electric hoist should run smoothly on the left and right sides of the beam and rise and fall. The cantilever beam should be flexible and stable when it is rotated, and should stop at any position without slipping, and the outer end should have a certain degree of deflection F≥ R/250 (R is the radius of gyration).
Rated load test: Under the rated load, the column mounted jib crane hook is lifted from the extreme position of the far end of the column and is rotated 360° (electric or manual). The test is suspended for 15 minutes, the dangling distal drop value should not exceed R/ 125mm.
In order to prevent accidents caused by malfunction, a switch capable of cutting off the power supply in the event of an emergency must be installed near the column mounted jib crane. The cable of the crane should be a YZ-500V medium-sized rubber cable specified in JB678-77.
