Single beam overhead crane Design

1. Designed and manufactured in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001 

2. Considering factor of safety in respect to appropriate class of duty;

3. Sandblasting pretreatment for the steel plate

4. Digital cutting machine to cut the steel plate, cut smooth and high precision

5. Main welding seam adopts auto arc merged welding, Ultrasonic, X ray nondestructive inspection.

6. The bridge and trolley frame adopts floor type boring machine to ensure the flatness of the machine side.

7. Painting: two primer before assembly, two finish coats of synthetic enamel after testing

Motors:

1. Suitable for overhead crane frequent starting, reversing and braking, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004;

2. Square cage motors, Totally enclosed, dust-proof, flange mounted TESC/TEFC, with mechanical safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54, CT and LT motions.

Gearbox:

1. The entire gearboxes are made of accurate hob cut helical/spur gears and pinions having hardness of 250 to 350 BHN, made of carbon alloy steel;

2. All gears and pinions running on anti-friction type ball/roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication;

3. The helical/spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation and long lifespan.
